Cricket odds and The Trio not Playing in Taunton

After being called in to London by the Pakistan Cricket Board, Mohammad Asif, Salman Butt, and Mohammad Amir will not be playing in Thursday’s tour match against Somerset, according to cricket online betting sources.
The players are currently in the middle of the recent allegations regarding ‘spot fixing’, and will be questioned on Thursday by by Iiaz Butt, PCB Chairman, and his country’s high commissioner.

Former captain Imran Khan of Pakistan has said that no matter what the show must go on in England. Even if there are allegations of Pakistan team members in on a scam it should not stop the team from playing. This scam might change cricket betting in Pakistan for good.
“The tour should definitely continue but if some players have indulged in wrongdoing or committed a crime they should be punished and sent back (home) and replaced.”
“But a tour should never be abandoned because this reflects as if the whole team is involved or the whole cricket structure,” added Khan.

The British police have questioned four players of the Pakistani national cricket team after rumours went around that cricket betting gamblers fixed a match and cricket scores when they played against England is what the manager of the Pakistan team said Sunday.
A man was also arrested involved with the cricket betting and the connection to the rumour late on Saturday.
It all began when a British tabloid newspaper put in an article that two players of the Pakistan team bowled on purpose “no balls” a foul when they played England last week and it affected the.
For those that do not know a “no ball” is when the bowler which is the same thing as a pitcher in baseball steps over the line as he throws the ball and when this happens the other team gets a run affecting the cricket scores.
